Since our courses involve scheduled live participation and personalized support, refunds are generally not available once the service has commenced. If a course or session is canceled by Spiritfounderhub, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future service date.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form with your order details.

Refunds for returned goods will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Transfer and Rescheduling

For services, a transfer to a different session date is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Transfers requested less than 7 days in advance may not be accommodated.

Information products and physical goods are not transferable.
